We call ourselves "Network" because we are initiators of networks in some instances, in others we are a part of other networks not initiated by us.

We have access to the expertise of well over 200 colleagues representing many different cultures, languages and walks of life. Togehter, we have a lot of hands-on approaches and methods when called upon to solve people challenges in teams or organizations, but we do have an affinity towards the systems thinking paradigm.
